CUSTOM LOGO DIGITIZING FOR ENGRAVING  The complexity (or simplicity) of the logo/drawing determines the price. In most cases you’ll find custom logos are priced at $55 per drawing. We’ve designed a Logo Ladder to help eliminate the need for waiting on a quote or “guessing” on a price for logo digitization. Please review our Logo Ladder for pricing information on digitizing custom logos. At times a logo may be rather “plain” or less challenging. You can expect to find these logos to be priced as a level “A” at $35 per drawing. A majority of our custom logos for engraving are priced as level “B” at $55 per drawing. These images are ones that require a bit more detail but are looked at as an “average” drawing for complexity. Some logos are more “complex” and “detailed”. If so, these images are priced as level “C” at $75 a drawing or more if the design has a great deal of intricate detail. THINGS THAT WILL INCREASE YOUR PRICE IN A LOGO ARE:
Example: exit plans, electronic “panels”, buildings and things that may require exact measurements or calculations. CUSTOM LOGO DIGITIZING FOR EMBROIDERY We price differently from most other embroidery services you may have used or find on the web. Unlike some, we DO NOT price on stitch count for custom embroidery digitizing! LogoFax has created a less confusing way of determining the price for your embroidered design.The complexity (or simplicity) of the design determines the price. Therefore there’s no need to price based on the number of stitches. The amount of “time” or rather the amount of “complexity” or “simplicity” of a drawing is more in line with how we determine the price. At times a logo may be rather “plain” or less challenging. You can expect to find these logos to be priced as a level “A” at $35 per drawing. Level “B” is $50 per drawing. These images are ones that require a bit more detail but are looked at as an “average” drawing for complexity. Some logos are more “complex” and “detailed”. If so, these images are priced as level “C” at $65 a drawing or more if the design has a great deal of intricate detail. Extremely difficult designs will need to be quoted. ARTWORK Artwork services are based on a minimum set-up charge of $50 and billed $50 on a per half hour basis. One should expect no less than a $50 artwork charge if LogoFax staff is required to re-draw or “enhance” existing artwork.CONVERSIONS Conversion from/of:
Engraving edits $25 for a “minor” edit. Such as: removal of lettering or deleting a section.Note: LogoFax will always quote before proceeding with an editing process. RUSH FEES We will always do our best to meet an early deadline. Should you need a “same-day” or 24-hour rush placed on your requested order. LogoFax will add a 25% rush charge to the total amount of your invoice.A LogoFax representative will need to approve a rush order, to insure we can supply your request in a timely manner. DESIGN ARCHIVING Upon completion of a logo we will forward a copy to you and then “file” the drawing in our archives.If you need an additional "copy" after a period of 30 days from your invoice date, there will be a nominal fee of $20 to resend or ship the file again. We encourage our clients to maintain a back up of their logos and have some sort of “filing” system of their own.
