The old saying “garbage in – garbage out” most definitely applies here! Therefore, on custom orders, if you are unable to supply LogoFax with a reasonable copy of the artwork, it may be necessary to have it re-drawn or “enhanced”. Artwork services are based on a minimum set-up charge and billed on a per half hour basis. Pricing information can be found on our pricing page within this site. CONVERSIONS We often are able to “convert” from one format to another. Many times clients update or change their software and need different formats to meet their needs. LogoFax offers a single conversion on an as-needed basis or, you may find it more cost effective to have us convert “multiple” files at the same time. Our conversion pricing information is located on our pricing page within this site. EDITING At times you may find a logo in our files you prefer to have altered. Or, you may have an existing drawing you need changed to meet a new requirement. Editing or altering a logo may require the need for a specific quote. Each request will be handled on an individual basis. Our pricing page contains more information on edit charges. TURN-AROUND TIME Our normal turn-around time is two full business days upon your approval to proceed with the requested order. We do offer a “same-day” or 24 hour rush service. With a rush service you can anticipate a 25% added fee to the total cost of the complete order. Please visit our pricing information page on this site for additional details. DESIGN ARCHIVING There is no initial or additional charge to have LogoFax “store” a logo design. Usually we do this as a means to build our Logo Library. However, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for designs older than 30 days from the original invoice date. Files may become damaged due to computer software, hardware or human error! In addition if you’ve misplaced, deleted, destroyed, or lost your drawing file, we will replace it FREE – ONE TIME within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days there will be a nominal fee charged to resend or ship a logo. Please see pricing information.
